I highly recommend Amanda. Very professional and kept us informed in all steps of the process for us to get into East Lake Community. She stayed in touch with us via text mostly which is helpful to negotiate while I'm working in my office for privacy, and spoke with us as needed. We were always able to get in touch with her. Excellent communications skills. The listing search she provided was very accurate to what we were looking for as well.

Amanda is a magnificently competent and dedicated professional who helped us sell and then purchase our new dream home. After several years of searching for properties and many disappointments with other agents, Amanda was GOD sent. She was dedicated and assisted in all aspects of the transaction. Honest and fair she helped us navigate a difficult and changing market. She dedicated the time needed and did not pressure us but provided information to us to make intelligent decisions. Even after the closings she made herself available. I recommend this agent highly. This is the most important investment we’ve made and we are greatful.

I'm a first time home buyer and I'm thankful to have found Ms. Martinez. She's very knowledgeable and was able to answer the many questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with her as my agent because she was easily accessible and communicated well. I felt like she was on my side throughout the entire process. She talked me down when we hit a bump in the road in the process, and listened to me vent a few times. Not many would be so patient. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I have had the most amazing experience with Odalys and could not have been more greatful to have met her. Going into this experience, I was very nervous and intimidated to buy property as a first time home owner and had no clue how anything worked. Odalys took me under her wing and made sure all my needs and expectations were met and most importantly; made me feel incredibly safe and secure in this journey. Odalys is on time, always responds quickly and will go above and beyond for you. She helped me through every step of this difficult process and always is happy to answer questions, no matter the nature or hour of the day. Odalys made sure I got the best deals in pricing and truly had MY best outcome in mind. She approaches every moment with patience and kindness and happily assists with changing decisions, issues and scheduling conflicts. Odalys has assisted me with things even outside the scope of her work, just out of the kindness of her heart. I truly see Odalys’ passion in her profession and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
Thank you so much for everything and I know your hard work will take you far in life! All the best!

I don't think I can say enough about Odalys. She is an amazing realtor that went above and beyond to help me purchase a home in such a limited time frame. She took the time to contact expired listings to see if there are still motivated sellers. She is very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I am glad she is my realtor and I strongly recommend her to be your realtor too. She will not disappoint you.

Odalys was excellent, not only she took all the time in the world to show me all kind of properties and walked me through the process, but she had the patience of an angel and made my experience smooth and less stressful. She made feel like a was family. I had tried other realtors before… (I was about to give up) but Odalys made a huge difference. Thank you very much Odalys
